Founder Dependency.

Founder dependency is the gap between what the business does and what the business knows how to do without you. Every founder builds it. Most never measure it. It is the reason a company that looks scalable on paper still cannot run a Tuesday without three messages to the founder, the reason hiring does not relieve the load, the reason the founder cannot take a real vacation even years into the company.
